Storage is currently checked into GNOME cvs under the "storage" module. This is a slightly older version of Storage that does not have a couple features like notification because these require Postgres-specific extensions. The version in GNOME cvs is intended to form the back-bone of Sutra, a metadata system. Consequently I haven't worked to ensure some of the candy-features like NL are working (in fact, at the moment they're not because I merged upstream changes to PET and have been working on libstorage and left nl-parser in a broken state).

What this means is storage isn't really interesting to download right now, unless you are interested in working on Sutra. If you just want to look at the codebase to verify that this is not vapour, go ahead and check it out... Just be warned: we're not wanting to weather the deconstructionist critique of armchair architects... yet. The project is still basically in its creative-phase.
