gdk/win32/gdkdrawable-win32.c (draw_polygon): Use Polygon() for outlined polygons, too. Same idea as in draw_rectangle(): Set pen to NULL_PEN if drawing a filled polygon, set brush to HOLLOW_BRUSH if drawing a polygon outline. (#332662)

If the dialog is constructed with gtk_about_dialog_new(), the creator is reponsible for handling the response by hiding or closing the dialog. gtk_show_about_dialog() handles it by hiding the dialog.
