These patches fix all the pending issues in the search mode for the
GtkFileChooser default widget, as outlined in bug #435343. They also
add support for the recent files list as a shortcut inside the file
chooser dialog.

You must apply these patches in order.

These patches are still a work in progress.

Pending issues:
  * use tooltips to display the full path of the search hits and
    recent files
  * do not crash if the user changes the sorting order by clicking
    on the column header
